The fourteenth annual Tsipourovrathia is nearing. The Society of Epirotes of Philadelphia “Omonia” will celebrate this tradition again at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Upper Darby, on February 22, 2020.
The entire Greek community from around the Delaware Valley will enjoy an evening of traditional Epirotiko music that will feature George Rampos, Chris Natsis, and: George Bezanis on the clarinet. Tsipouro & Meze, a fan favorite, will be available for everyone and will be served throughout the evening. Traditional Patsa will also make a showing and be served late at night following the banquet-style dinner.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to charity.
