Wayne, PA – They sure do. St. Luke Greek Orthodox church parishioners came together at Wilson Farm Park on Sunday morning, to participate in the Cooley’s Anemia Foundation Care Walk. Some 100 members of St. Luke put on their walking shoes, t-shirts and caps to enjoy a two mile walk around the park.
“For most, it was the first time they participated” and “St. Luke wants to make it an annual event. We have support these types of events before, but this one is near and dear to our heart, because we have several parishioners with the disorder”, president of St. Luke, Andrea Papadopoulos said.
