Cherry Hill, NJ – Hosted at St. Thomas Greek Orthodox church, President Stathis Karandonis of the Federation of Hellenic-American Societies of Philadelphia and Greater Delaware Valley, along with officers were sworn in for the 2015 year this past Sunday. The Federation is inviting all its members, to a Vasilopita cutting and meeting on January 13, 2015, 7:00 pm at the Pan-Icarian House in Pennsauken, NJ.
St. Thomas parishioners were also treated to a traditional Vasilopita cutting . Each organization, including the Greek school, Philoptochos, local businesses and regional Greek societies, looked on as Metropolitan Evangelos of New Jersey performed the tradition.
