Cosmos Philly would like to thank all its sponsors and partners on another successful year in the Greek community. We reported on the annual festivals and dances and the Greek Independence Day parade to name a few.
We brought you coverage and the championships from the PGBL and GOYA. Greek Heritage Nights at the Sixers and the Phillies games have become annual traditions now, where we record Greek Dance troupes performing as representatives of our metropolitan region and look on with pride as members of Philadelphia.
During the holidays and throughout the year we brought you Live religious services from around the Delaware Valley as well. And throughout the year we feature dedicated members of our community that have given of themselves through interviews.
The year was highlighted by the emergence of the annual “Photo Tour” sponsored by the Greek American Heritage Society of Philadelphia. Hosted at the Philadelphia Museum of History, it featured a media presentation on the history of Greek music from Philadelphia over one hundred years. And was the most popular event in the community this past year.
As we enter the New Year 2019, we look forward to being your voice and encourage you to share your Hellenic spirit with us. Your journey as Greek-Americans will continue to be the flame that unites us for generations to come.
