Broomall, PA – St. Luke Greek Orthodox Church is hosting its annual Greek Affair this weekend. The 5-day festival reached a milestone this year and celebrated its 40th anniversary. The annual event attracts Greek food lovers from all over suburban Philadelphia, where they are treated to the warmth and hospitality of its devoted parishioners.

Indoor and outdoor seating with all types of traditional Greek food is served by the parishioners during the event. From Moussaka to Lamb Shanks and everything in between, the food is cooked up fresh as you walk through their cafeteria style service lines. “It’s gourmet food under the stars,” one customer told us. When you’re done your meal, you can stroll through the campus and watch live folk dancing performed by the youth groups over a Greek coffee and pastry.

Vendors and a flea market anchor the event, while a live band performs Greek music all weekend long in the evening. There’s still plenty of time to get out there and enjoy this festival that goes on through Sunday.

St. Luke Greek Orthodox Church is located at 35 N Malin Rd, Broomall, Pennsylvania. You can also visit them online at www.thegreekaffair.com. With games and rides for the kids and plenty of free parking, it’s the perfect for the whole family.
