Philadelphia, PA – In the season of tradition, the Hellenic University Club of Philadelphia gathered for it’s annual Christmas party at the Union League this past Sunday evening. Members and guests of the community participated in the annual event that has been celebrated for more than a generation.
The Hellenic University Club of Philadelphia (HUC) is a nonprofit organization that has flourished for nearly 75 years in our City of Brotherly Love.
This winter a full roster of events are on the program again. The highlight of the Clubs social calendar is the Annual Dinner Dance, a formal event held the first Saturday in February to commemorate the anniversary of the Clubs founding. This year, HUC of Philadelphia is honoring George Venizelos, Federal Bureau of Investigations’ Assistant Director in Charge of the New York Field Office. Mr. Venizelos most recently served as special agent in charge of the Philadelphia Division.
