Camden, NJ – Maria Ana Pantelous, the revered Grand President of the Maids of Athena, has been a luminary in her community, contributing enormously to the growth and development of her local chapter, Demetra #33, in Cherry Hill, NJ. With an air of excitement, Adventure Aquarium is set to host a delightful evening, a grand celebration of her accomplishments, and a testament to her inspiring leadership.

In December 2015, Maria Ana rekindled the spirit of the Maids of Athena chapter in Cherry Hill, driven by a strong sense of community and a desire to keep her friends united during their college years. She assumed the role of the chapter president, serving with distinction for two years and working tirelessly to create a sense of unity and camaraderie among her peers.

Her influence reached beyond her local community. Maria Ana took on important roles in the Maids Grand Lodges, holding various committee chairperson positions. For the past 5 years, she has served the national body, offering her vision and expertise, culminating in serving as Grand President for the last two years.

In addition to her responsibilities within the Maids of Athena, Maria Ana has advocated for the Delaware Valley youth within the Philadelphia Hellenic Federation. Her commitment to community and youth shines through as an active member of her home parish, St. Thomas.

Her leadership and vision will be celebrated on June 24 at Adventure Aquarium, a unique tribute to her relentless efforts and achievements. The evening also serves as a celebration of the youth and their growing roles in leadership. This event showcases the future they are crafting, guided by Maria Ana’s enduring influence.
