Egg Harbor Twp., NJ – The talents of today’s Greek-American youth were showcased again at the Annual Sights & Sounds event this past weekend. The annual event brings together some 13 member churches from across the metropolitan Philadelphia area.
Hosted at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox church the event brought together hundreds of kids, from 12 to 18 years old to compete in the arts. From dance duets to Greek folk dance and everything in between, the day was filled with friendly competition. Awards were given out to individuals and churches following an evening service.
The affair was hosted only for the second time at Holy Trinity in Egg Harbor, NJ. As it continues to grow and become the showcase for the arts inside the Greek-American community, it will remain at Holy Trinity the next two years.
