Cherry Hill, NJ – St. Thomas Agora was filled with the aromas and sounds of Greece on Friday night. Thousands of Greek food lovers came out for the 38th annual Agora Festival hosted on the grounds of the church.

Inside the Kousoulis community center, à la carte meals were made to order. Greek-style potatoes and lamb with strings beans were among the favorites. St. Thomas also provided their famous dance troupe which performed a series of dances from northern Macedonia Greece. With folk flare, the kids put on four dance performances. One every hour.

Greek sweets and vendors shared the AHEPA room upstairs. Baked on the premises, the endless options, like galaktoboureko, baklava and kataifi were bagged for desserts at home.

The annual event continues through the weekend.
