With the blessings and presence of His Eminence, Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, a Symposium is scheduled at the St. Thomas Church Hall in Cherry Hill, NJ. Archon Tom Papademetriou will present The Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople Under the Ottomans and address The Great Catastrophe of 1922: Its History and Legacy.

Papademetriou is a Professor of Historical Studies, Constantine & Georgian Georgiou Professor of Greek History, and Director of the Dean C. and Zoƫ Pappas Interdisciplinary Center for Hellenic Studies, Stockton University, Galloway, NJ.
